Bids for work on 101 between Fortuna and Scotia were opened in Sacramento yesterday. The firm of Henistreet & Bell of Fresno were the low bidder. The work includes realignment & grading. Bad curves will be eliminated & the road widened to 21 feet. It will be surfaced with bituminous treated grovel.
