Text: California's biggest Highway budget of $633,460,812 was adopted yesterday by the State Highway commission of that, $6,714,000 was for Humboldt County. The Humboldt county parts included construction of 5.6 miles of 101 between Maple Hills bridge and Myers Flat at a cost = $6,169,000. The remaining piece was for paving 299 between a spot 12.5 miles east of Blue Lake and a spot 0.4 miles east of Green Point. The bridge over the South Van Duzen river east of Bridgeville on 36 was also included.
