Text: Rt hand column. Pl asked the Board of Harbor commission to drop charges that PL violated rules + regulations. The Board of Harbor commission wanted to get clear title to the land for the US government so they could begin building the south jetty. Pl informed the board that Pl owned 1/6 of the South Spit at the bay entrance & PL would not transfer their interest in said property until the Board of Harbor Commission dismissed the action new pending against the company for the collection of penalties, that a continuance of said suit would retard any impramal of the harbor in the way of gov. aid.
