Under "Supervisors Proceedings" The Board ordered that the Howe Truss Bridge over the Ballow Ford be moved over Dobbyn Creek. The Howe Truss Bridge was originally erected over the Ballou Ford in the Eel River Valley or Delta. The Board ordered the clerk to advertise for bids.
