Despite opposition the B.O.R. is about to begin a survey of this areas water needs. Sen. Randy Collier, who represents Del Norte County, has opposed it. The Humboldt B.O.S. has asked twice for the BOR survey: the 1st time was on August 21, 1950 by a resolution; the 2nd on April 19, 1952.
