Text: On 5/16/1928 the BOS accepted plans for bridges: across N FK Mad at Korbel, across Jacoby Creek on old Arcata road, and for the Showers Pass road. Also a resolution was adopted appropriating $400 to repair the Freshwater pool. Also the deed from Hammond Lumber company & the Hill-Davis company convoying a 100' wide R/W for 101 north of Orick for the new location of the RW highway is located.
