Text: At their meeting on June 10, 1930 the B.O.S approved that the company proceed to acquire 100 acres of the Devoy tract thru condemnation. Fred Bornum appraised the land value @ $250/ ac. Ira Kilgore offered to sell to the company his 240 ac. farm in Mckinleyville at Dows Prairie, for an airport.
