Text: The B.O.S. approved plans and specs. for the constr. of two concrete abutments across Freshwater Creek at the Freshwater Park. This is the first step in the constr. of a bridge for the convenience of picnickers. The bridge will replace the temporary foot bridges erected each spring. Plans and Specs. for a pile bridge over Mad Riv. Slough near Arcata were approved by the B.O.S and the clerk was ordered to advertise for bids.
