The B.O.S. conveyed 160 acres to State Parks in Prairie Creek State Park area. The land is known as the Robert's Land & its the NW1/4 of Sec 26, T12N, R1 E less a 100' feet wide strip deeded by Albert D. Roberts to South West Pacific railroad for R/W.
