Text: Jan 7th B.O.S. meeting. BOS Resol. re RW for a RR for Little River RR co-thru some co. land at Clam Beach. The surveyed route runs thru lots 1 + 2 in Sed 7, T7H, RIE. The Co. had previously asked the U.S. Gov to set aside these lands to the co. for recreational purposes. Therefore, at this time, the co. requests the U.S. Gov restore these lands for entry for the limited purpose of granting the appl. of the Little Ric RW co the right to constr. and maintain a RR.
