Text: The BOS on 2/13/1883 ordered that the county surveyor, J.W. Henderson and James Simpson are apportioned as commissioners to examine sev. locations proposed as possible sites for a bridge over Mad river. They shall survey each site, show its location , and develop cost estimates.
