Text: The B.O.S. set $600 aside to provide for creation of a swimming pool on Freshwater Creek at the foot of Kneeland hill. They also made a first payment of $800 on a parcel at the mouth of the Eel for a park and auto campground. The parcel is owned by Frank H. Perlien. The balance of $200 will be paid later.
