The B.O.S. signed a lease with Edward Nilsen for a dump site on 70 acres located near the Bayside Cutoff. The refuse will be covered daily before nightfall. The lease was made necessary because G. P. closed the old county dump on the Samoa Peninsula. The new site will be reached from old Arcata Road.
