Boulder Dam- President Roosevelt will flip a Switch tomorrow at the end of a speech which will start the 1st generator, a 3500 HP generator. Within a month one of the grant generator, 115,000 HP will start sending power from the $165M project to Southern CA, 300 miles away. p.5 Army Engrs will begin a survey of the Eel River flood control needs today.
