Text: The CA RW county yesterday assigned to Joseph Russ and David Evans, by documents filed in the county recorder's office, their interest to certain property under lease signed by Theodore Myer and Frienda Evans, Robert Gunther and Jesse Green law. The parties to whom the same was assigned agree they will fully perform and discharge at maturity all the duties, obligations and liabilities of said CA RW&CO.
