Text: "Cabin Owners Will Vote on G - P offer" Some to cabin owners last night were given a price for the purchase of their lots by G - P Corp. A seven member cabin - owner committee readily expressed satisfaction with the price of $1,200/ac ~ $33,600. They will put the price up to a vote of the cabin owners. Majority acceptance will bring a years long quest for permanence to a successful end. County officials have cooperated with the cabin owners to retain their holdings. The PC and BOS cleared with the way for price negotiations with G.P. by voting to allow the tract to exist as a non - conforming subdiv. The owners must have the tract surveyed to determine the size of the tract and file a subdiv map. Cost of the survey is est. at $4,000.
