Text: The PWA* completed its expert study of the feasibility of the Central Valley Project. The study was made at the request of Senator Johnson and Rep. Englebright. The report was forwarded to Sacramento State officials. The report concluded it was feasible and would provide flood control, navigation, and salinity control in the delta.
