C.F. McCarthy, president of Pacific Construction Company, plans to bid on the new Federal building soon to be erected in Eureka. He will also bid on the bridge to be constructed over the South Fork Eel at Garberville. He complimented Warren Skillings, local architect, who drew the plans for the new jail now under construction.
