Text: Charles Sacchi has sued Bayside Lumber Company in Superior Court for $5,200 damages caused by the Lumber Company allowing a log jam to occur on Jacoby Creek 1/4 mile upstream of the mouth of Jacoby Creek last winter. The log jam caused the creek to divert out of the creek bed, breaking a dike, thus covering Sacchi's land with logs and debris. George D. Murray and Gregor and Connick are his attorneys.
