Next Monday evening the City Council will hold a special meeting to discuss the development of an ordinance or contract with a garbage collector to collect all the city's garbage and take it to a point well outside the city where it is to be burned. To make it work the Council will come up with a rate/home & rate/business. This will be compulsory. It's the hope that the city will be gradually cleaned up. The city dumps are also to be moved to the new burn site.
