The City Council voted to direct the City attorney to began condemnation proceedings leading to the acquisition by the City of the Eureka Water Company. The article states the services provided have been very unsatisfactory for several years. The citizens will vote on June 16th to condemn the Eureka Water Company's plant for the purpose of allowing the City to operate it.
