Text: The land bounded by Harris, W, Harrison, and Russ (20 acres) has been cleared of brush and stumps and some streets put in. It's known as the Harris Tract. Dolbeer with 60' right of way was the first street opened. Several springs are on the tract. A stream runs through a swole in the tract. The tract consists of 4.75 blocks with 120 lots.
