" To Map The County" Lts. George Ruhlen & Edwin Pritchatt, U.S.A arrived to perfect military maps of this area. They were sent here under the direction of the engineering dept. of the Coast Artillery Corps. Last fall, Lt. McCaughey was here making a similar map. But he broke his leg & had to return to S.F.
