Text: Common Council approved a resolution that a committee of 3 be appointed to make arrangements with A.R. Randall for boring an artesian well on 7th between M & N and also that a tank be built on 7th between M & N note less than 80' X 20' feet, 20' feet deep, & that said comm. be instructed to have plans & specs of said tank to report at their next regular meeting.
