Text: General conditions on county roads. Old Arcata road has been graded and planked. The Coast Wagon road has been completed South to the county line. The Wildcat road is almost completed to Bear River ridge. The beach road from Centerville is only somewhat safe to use in the summertime. The grade up Oil+ Guthrie creek is long, steep, hard to maintain.
