Text: J.A. Genzoli died, at eighty years old. He came to Humboldt County in 1895. He was among many Swiss youths who were to form an early wanguard to Humboldt County to take their places in the new and booming dairy industry. At that time most of the dairying was carried out in the Bear River-Bunker Hill area. Dairying in the tree and brush laden Eel Valley was just getting underway in earnest.
