Text: Russ Grove of 166 acres 9 miles north of Orick dedicated. 300 people gather. Roads were rough. The road in the vicinity of the lagoons are under construction and are very tough. The new link between Arcata and Eureka is very rough. The road north of Trinidad is under construction.
