Text: " B.J. Akerman , Deputy U.S. Marshal, arrived Sunday, bringing with him a stack of documents which he took occasion to distribute yesterday. In consequence of that action quite a number of parties will take their departure on the Humboldt tomorrow, and appear before Judge Hoffman, of the U.S. Circuit Court, to testify concerning certain land matters."
