Good description of the beginning of the Santa Clara tract, a subdiv. of 35 acres 50' x 122' lots with 60' streets, 20' foot setback. Its bounded by Myrtle Ave, Park street on the south, Vernon Street on the east, the future state highway & bay on the north & by West street on the west. Homes have been built on all sides of this tract alreadly. The Franklin School is within a few blocks.
