Text: Detailed description of damages along the lower Eel at Milltown, which had 8-12 houses. Port Kenyon was flooded. The Eel mouth had 3 outlets, one of which was opposite Romseyville, one opposite Salt River & the 3rd= the regular channel to the northward.
