Text: Differences between the 2 companies planning to build a railroad to Eel river have settled their differences. The PL company has decided to suspend operations & will not build their railroad. The Eel River & Eureka Railroad will go ahead & begin work on the Table Bluff tunnel. It's now for certain that this railroad from Fields place to Eel River will be in operation this fall. The construction of a wharf will also be pushed forward. Its to be 200' feet X 300' feet.
