Place: Eel River Table Bluff

Text: Long article by J.H. Dungan about the Eel River & Spring and fall runs of salmon. Indians said the mouth of the Eel was close to Table Bluff around 1808. Floods made a new channel along the south side of the valley, 12 miles south of the old one. Water level (1883) the mouth is between the two extremes.
