Text: "Enormous Sale of Arcata Realty" The largest real estate deal in dairy lands ever consummated in Humboldt county was closed at Arcata last Thursday evening when A.C. Noe of Eureka purchased the entire stack of the Arcata Land & Improvement Company and 796 shares of the stock in the Reclamation Water company." The deal includes 800 acres of the rich bottom land west of Arcata and 160 acres of high land east of Arcata. The entire tract will be subdivided into 40-160 acres parcels and sold for $150/acres. Water mains will also be extended to lands purchased from the Arcata Land & Improv. Company. now paid about $125,000.
