Text: E.R. Freeman took 100 photos of NWP Railroad route from Eureka to Willits. He uttered the work at the Shiveley End was progressing rapidly & that the tunnel will be completed soon. Altogether many sets of photos have been taken of the overland road (Railroad ?) this by Freeman will be the most complete.
