Text: The Eureka City Council will agree to accept on Oct. 1 the site of Fort Humboldt as a historic shrine and municipal park from Mrs. M.B. Cooper, owner. The site is better described as Block 2, less lot 1, Humboldt Heights. She will also donate 2 lots that will provide an access off of Broadway to the site.
