Text: The Eureka City Council is expected to accept the Mad River Water Project as complete next Tuesday night. George Winzler, Chief Inspector, reported that the fish ladder will be finished tomorrow. A contract for a chlorination plant along the pipeline in a small building near Redwood Acres, was awarded to the Wallace & Tiernan Sales Corp.
