Text: Even at low water the breakers force against the face of the hill which is composed entirely of white sand. At this rate of erosion another 6 months will see the sea covering the spot where the hill now stands and the surf will be roaring at the very door of Mr. Bailey's home. The ground at this location is only a few feet above the sea level.
