Text: The first step toward solution of the county's sewage disposal problem will be taken soon. City and district engrs. will undertake a joint survey to ascertain Humboldt's needs. The Co. P.C. decided to institute the survey. The state dept. of public health told the P.C. it is against state law to dispose raw sewage into streams or other bodies of water. Resolutions passed by the dept. of pub. health collab for a review of every disposal system in the state.
