Text: The CA Water Commission met in Eureka yesterday and unfolded plans for two dams on the Eel and three on the Trinity. The Trinity Dams are planned near Helena, Denny and Burnt Ranch. English Ridge & Jarboe are the two sites on the Eel. A 20 mile tunnel to the Sacramento Valley is proposed.
