"Frank Green is lowest Bidder On Bridge Work" Bids for a new 290' foot bridge over Bear Creek this side of Garberville were opened in Sacramento & Frank Green was low bidder - $33, 600. The bridge will eliminate one of the most difficult and dangerous spots on the state Highway. It will be 100' feet high.
