Text: The State Highway Commissioner C. F. Stern announced that the piece of the Redwood Highway from Cummings to Garberville will be built by convict labor, and will be finished by July. That will complete the highway from Sausalito to Eureka. The state employed 650 convicts during the last 21 months.
