The House passed a bill for the construction of the $225M Trinity River Div. Project yesterday. Prior to the 230 - 153 roll call amendment by Rep. Scudder (R - Calif) assuring Humboldt County the right to use an additional 50,000 A.F. of water annually. Rep. Claire Engle D-Calif sponsored the bill and is chairman of the House Interior Committee.
