Text: Carpenters will begin construction of houses at Shively to house the men who will construct this end of the NWP railroad. Much of the work is involved in drilling the tunnel at Bryan's Bluff and the 10' X 14' foot lumber will be supplied by the Eel River Valley Lumber Company.
