Text: "Humboldt Bay Aerial Survey" The Coast & Geodetic Survey are taking aerial photos of bay from which resounding the bay will be made. James L. Harries, chief of the geodetic engineers, is in change of the aerial survey. City Engineer George Winzbr & County Surveyor Frank Kelly are cooperating in the work. The engineers plan to make new maps of the bays area.
