Text: Humboldt County's future water needs reviewed. Sen. Way noted that the bill recently passed in the House provided 50 TAF from the Trinity in addition to the 150 A.F. allowed for fish needs. Beneficial use must be definitely indicated in any action undertaken, Sen. Way pointed out. District Attorney Harold Hammond drew attention to the action of the B.O.S. 4 years ago when the Trinity question arose in starting proceedings for preservation of water for Humboldt County.
