Text: Article that describes Eureka Light Company's plans to develop 3000 hp plant on the Trinity River to supply power to all the towns and mills. Surveyors will be sent into the field as soon as the weather permits. First a road 20 miles long will be required beginning at the terminus of the current road leading over the Bald Mountains.
