San Francisco -May 3rd The motion to quash the indictments against ( all the above plus Walker) upon the ground that the indictments had been formed on illegal and inadmissible testimony, and that the U.S. Attorney has changed the date of the commission of many of the offenses changed, in order to bring them within the statute of limitation, was passed by District Judge Sabin at 2pm.
