Text: Irwin Quinn, former state senator, has been appointed to represent this area at a hearing on this bill before the senate NR comm in Sacramento at 11am on Monday April 25th. Quinn sponsored a bill years ago which took the Trinity out of the Central Valley authority. The Del Norte BOS has also passed a resolution opposing the bill.
