Text: According to Wm. X. Garrett, district ranger on the Trinidad National Forest, J.N. Lentell has surveyed a route for the Humboldt Electric Railroad. Perhaps 3 tunnels would be reg'd. The railroad to the Sacramento Valley would enter the valley near Redding at a point known as The Breakers.
