Text: Yesterday the B.O.S. said they have not begun to consider the appointment of a CAO. Last week the adopted the system at the request of the Grand Jury. On 3/1/1962 the Grand Jury released their report which recommended the creation of the office of county administrator. 3/16/1962 p.1 col. 3 The B.O.S. agreed to pass an ordinance next Tuesday, 3/20/1962, creating the job of administrative assistant to the Board.
